What happens if I fail the course assessment?

If you fail to meet the minimum competency mark for any exam offered by Purity-IQ, you will get the opportunity to retake the exam twice, within three months, at no extra cost.

If you fail the exam on your third attempt, a $50.00 fee will be payable to access one (1) additional attempt. You will not be able to access the fourth attempt until 30 days from your previous attempt.

Should you continue to not meet the minimum exam pass mark, you will need to re-enrol in the course and successfully complete all components. You will need to wait three (3) months before re-enrolling in the course.
