What computer operating system do I need to view the training?

Operating Systems Supported

Purity-IQ training material is able to be viewed on any devices that support the browsers listed below. This includes mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, and Android-enabled phones and tablets. Applicable operating systems include Windows, Mac and Mobile.

Desktop Browsers for Viewing Content

For the best training experience, we recommend that you use the latest version of Google Chrome browser. To see which internet browser and version you are using click here.

On the desktop, we work with all of the major browsers including Internet Explorer 11, Microsoft Edge (latest version), Firefox (latest version), Safari (latest version), and Google Chrome (latest version). Please ensure that you have the latest version installed.

Mobile Browsers for Viewing Content

If you wish to view the training on your mobile devices we recommend the following browsers:

  • Safari in Apple iOS 12 or later
  • Google Chrome (latest version) in Apple iOS 12 or later
  • Google Chrome (latest version) in Android OS 6 or later

Required Browser Settings for Viewing Content

To ensure that you are able to view any content delivered through our LMS please make that:

  • JavaScript is enabled
  • Font downloads are enabled
  • Compatibility View in Internet Explorer is turned off

Screen Readers for Viewing Content

If you are using a screen reader the following types and versions are recommended:

  • JAWS (latest version)
  • NVDA (latest version)
  • VoiceOver (latest version)
  • TalkBack (latest version)

Internet Connection Speed

The minimum viable connection speed to reliably stream videos and interactive content used in our training materials is about 768 kilobits per second (equal to .768 megabits per second). We recommend a connection speed of at least 5 megabits per second for an optimal experience with HD capability.
